Leong’s Asian Foods was established in 2012 with the mission of providing the same delicious food that the Leong family have offered for over 50 years in Springfield, Missouri. David Leong brought Chinese food to Southwest Missouri in the late 1950s. The Leong family to this day still uses the very same recipes that were originally crafted by David Leong that were made famous at his establishment Leong’s Teahouse in Springfield, Missouri over 50 years ago.
Springfield Style Cashew Chicken is what put Leong’s Asian Foods on the map – it has become an international sensation and we are proud to offer our famous Springfield Style Cashew Chicken sauce along with several other sauces including our sweet and spicy General Tsao’s sauce, and our tangy Sweet and Sour.
